Who am I?
I’m Elle, the founder of Elle Davies Content, a London based, Europe-wide wedding content creation studio focused on capturing celebrations as they naturally unfold. Our role is to document the candid, in-between moments of your wedding day, creating short-form films that allow you to relive your wedding from a fresh, immediate perspective.
Working quietly alongside the day’s photography and film team, we capture everything from pre-ceremony nerves to the energy of the dance floor. Our work is informal but intentional, and designed to feel honest, joyful, and true to the atmosphere of your celebration.
We shoot on the latest iPhones alongside early-2000s camcorders, blending modern clarity with a nostalgic, lo-fi aesthetic. We also encourages guest participation, sharing spare camcorders to capture authentic, guest-point-of-view moments that add depth and spontaneity to your content.
Discreet, supportive, and always present, we become your personal paparazzi, cheerleader, and stand-in BFF while yours are unplugged and off duty for the day.
We have grown to a small team of two, so each day is covered either by myself or my fabulous associate. She has been hand picked by me and shoots in my exact style. I personally oversee the whole process and edit everything together, so you'll always get that signature look you expect from Elle Davies Content.
FAQs
How long do I need a wedding content creator for?
This is totally up to your personal preference. The Silver Package is for the couples that mostly want to capture the ceremony. The Gold Package is great for those shorter weddings, like a twilight wedding, of up to 6 hours. The Platinum Package is the most common and it’s designed to capture the entire day, from the preparation all the way through to the first dance and the party.
Do you replace a photographer?
No! Your photographer provides you with hundreds of high quality and professional photos, usually in a 12-16 week window.
I work seamlessly alongside them to capture the spontaneous, behind-the-scenes moments through iPhone, camcorder and drone. I take a handful of photos, but video is my top priority.
What’s the difference between a wedding content creator and a videographer?
A videographer is will provide you with an exquisite, polished, longer form video of your day. Shot in landscape, they can be up to 20 minutes long, usually cost anything from £3000-£10,000. They usually don’t provide you with the raw footage from the day.
A Content Creator is a modern, natural way to capture your day using iPhone (and camcorder, in my case), for couples who want more of a POV / BTS style video, plus the hundreds of raw videos of the day.
How do we book ?
Click the ‘enquiry’ tab and send me a note. I’ll respond back within 24 hours and we can hop on a call to chat!
To book, you’ll need to pay the £100 deposit and fill in my booking form. Then we will chat 6/8 weeks before the day to go through the detailed itinerary (this is also when the final balance is due).
Where do you cover?
We are London based, so travel within zones 1-6 is free of charge. Anything outside of that will incur an extra travel fee, depending on the distance.
We also cover destination weddings, please enquire for our destination brochure.
Do you replace a videographer?
It’s your choice! We work seamlessly alongside videographers and we provide separate, complimenting services.
